How do I place an order?

You must first create an account. Once you logged into your account you can place your order from there.

 What kind of Payment is accepted?

 Payments can be made through Paypal, all major credit cards are accepted by Paypal. Bank transfer is also acceptable,but the customer is responsible for both sides bank fee.

 How long is for the Processing time?

 All the jewelry is made-to-order by handmade and need 7-10 business days for processing.Since this is fine jewelry with specialized sizes, even other sellers don't keep stock, and the customers are aware of it, they are more willing to wait about 2 weeks, so this is workable.

 How long is the shipping time?

 For most destination it takes 3-6 business days to arrive excluding customs delays.

 What are the available shipping methods?

 We offer regular worldwide FREE shipping like DHL or registered air mail and require signature confirmation. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes & duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

 Are all your items stamped?

 Yes, all of our products are stamped with the 14 Karat Gold metal

 Do you offer any warranty on your jewelry?

 We offer ONE year warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage as result as abuse, misuse, lose or theft of your Diamondiiz jewelry. If you ever lose a side stone from your jewelry during normal wear, we will repair or replace the lost stone with one of similar without extra cost. The main stone is set by multiple claws setting which is strong enough to protect the main stone, the prongs can snag on clothing or other materials and cause the main stone dropped. We are not responsible for this kind of damaged, but we agree to repair it at minimum cost if main stone is found. Buyers pay postage to send jewelry back for repairing.

What is your return policy ?

 "Your satisfaction is very important to us! We stand behind 100% of our pieces and will work with you to rectify any concerns. We always work with our clients to ensure they are completely in love with their jewelry and future shopping with us! Our policy requires a message notification within 30 days of receiving an order that does not meet your satisfaction. Customer need to return out Hong Kong address. We will issue full refund but not included postage. If the jewel arrived broken or dented (never happened and probably never will) send it back and we will repair or replace it free of charge.

 Need additional cost for a female bigger size ring?

 All female rings are priced up to size 9.

Won't my customers just go direct to my wholesaler?

 Don't worry! Your customer only has contact with you, not with the supplier.

 The products will be sent "blind". That means our company's name / address / contact details are not visible to your customer. Your customers cannot find out your wholesale dropship source.
